Anna Curzon

ABAC New Zealand member, Anna was a member of the global Xero leadership team for seven years, holding the positions of Chief Product Officer, Chief Partner Officer and prior to that Managing Director – New Zealand. She is now a board director, advisor and investor, using her tech experience and nearly 20 years in the fInancial services industry to advise global companies. Anna wants to supercharge the New Zealand economy by supporting the governance of Kiwi businesses like Gallagher, Kiwibank, Jade Software and Atomic.io.
Anna advocates for diversity within the tech industry and is passionate about encouraging women and other under represented groups to take up STEM opportunities.
In 2017 the global SaaS Report named Anna one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in SaaS and in 2023 she was named in the Top 100 Women in FinTech. She has also been recognised by the business community locally as Young Enterprise Distinguished Alumni of the Year and Supreme Alumni of the Year winner in 2022.
Anna was a member of the New Zealand Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council from 2018 – 2020. In 2021 Anna was appointed as one of the three APEC Business Advisory New Zealand Members by Dame Jacinda Adern, and was reappointed for another term by The Rt Hon Christopher Luxon in 2024. During her tenure at ABAC, Anna has co-chaired the Digital Working Group, chaired the Economic Integration Working Group and led the WTO workstream.
